Pectus are a Polish pop/rock band formed in the spring of 2005. Originating from Rzeszów, the band quickly built their reputation after winning the “International Carpathia Song Festival,” held in their home town, shortly after their formation.
The band is looking to improve overall English fluency with specific regard to survival English to help them while touring abroad. They will shortly begin concentrating heavily on pronunciation for their upcoming album which will include songs written in English.
Pectus is built on the power of four brothers Tomasz, Marek, Mateusz, and Maciej hence the title of their most recent album. Siła Braci (Brother’s Strength).
We’ll shortly see if their ear for music equals their ear for languages.
